NCCIA gambling apps case, The NCCIA has summoned Rajab Butt, Anas Ali, Iqra Kanwal, Hasnain Shah, and Irum Mehmood.
They were called over promoting betting and online trading apps on their social media handles.
They have to report to the NCCIA office in Gulberg 2 on September 15 at 11 a.m.
The agency asserted that they have to appear for conducting a transparent and impartial trial procedure.
NCCIA emphasized that they were twice summoned prior but intentionally avoided the enquiry process.

NCCIA gambling apps case, The agency cautioned that they will not have a valid defense or statement to make if they fail to attend the hearing.
They are accused by the authorities of selling unregistered gambling apps and tricking young people into making risky investments.
The intended plan has been said to have caused financial harm to the public through promoting illegal online trading websites.
Earlier, on August 17, YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, aka Ducky Bhai, was arrested for such actions.
He was arrested at Allama Iqbal International Airport on the charge of promoting unauthorized gambling apps.
